CGH is the Management company for Zanziblue Resorts Limited, a Zanzibar, Tanzania company, owner of Zanziblue hotel and resort. CGH owns and manages this website, as well as Zanziblue's business with agents and online platforms.
This cancellation policy applies to reservations made directly with CGH, on this website, or via beds24.com.
Free Cancellation is allowed for any reason until 30 days from check-in date. In addition, the Free Cancellation is extended until the check-in date in case of traveling ban between Tanzania, or Zanzibar and the travelers' country of residence.
You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 30 days before arrival. If you do not show up, you will be charged the total price of the reservation.
In case of a Free Cancellation we will refund the reservation amount less 5% processing fees.

Early check in is subject to availability. Early access to the resort is possible 7AM.
